What the sessions covered

Valuation sessions compared the two broad families of methods: relative valuation using trading multiples and precedent transactions, and intrinsic valuation built from projected cash flows.

Members practised choosing comparable companies, normalizing earnings, and explaining why two reasonable analysts can reach different values for the same company.

Part of the curriculum developed under founder and president Christopher R. Peckyno.
