Curriculum
Fundamental Analysis
Turning filings, management commentary, and industry data into an investment thesis.
What the sessions covered
Fundamental analysis brought the accounting and valuation tracks together. Members read 10-Ks and earnings transcripts, built unit economics for a business, and identified the two or three drivers that actually determine its value.
Sessions ended with written theses: what the market believes, what the member believes, why they differ, and what would prove the member wrong.
