Discounted Cash Flow Analysis
Building a DCF from projected free cash flow, a discount rate, and a terminal value.
What the sessions covered
The DCF track built a model step by step: forecasting unlevered free cash flow, estimating a weighted average cost of capital, and choosing between perpetuity-growth and exit-multiple terminal values.
Sessions stressed sensitivity analysis, showing how small changes in growth and discount-rate assumptions move the final value, and why a model is a framework for judgment rather than an answer.
