What the sessions covered

Alternatives sessions surveyed the asset classes beyond public stocks and bonds: how private equity and venture funds are structured, how hedge fund strategies differ, and how real estate and commodities are valued.

Members studied fee structures, liquidity terms, and performance measurement, and discussed why institutional allocations to alternatives have grown.

Part of the curriculum developed under founder and president Christopher R. Peckyno.
