What the sessions covered

Every analysis the Society taught began with the three financial statements. Sessions walked through how revenue becomes earnings, how earnings become cash, and how the balance sheet records what a business owns and owes.

The emphasis was on linkage: tracing a single transaction through all three statements, and learning to spot where accrual accounting and cash generation diverge.

Part of the curriculum developed under founder and president Christopher R. Peckyno.
